Shipping policy

Delivery Information: 

Estimated Delivery Time for in stock items: 2 - 3 weeks.

If you have a longer lead time requirement before you receive delivery, please contact us at hello@hibernialuxuryfurniture.com and we can work with you to help meet your needs.

 

Order Confirmation:

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided.

If you have any queries on your order, please contact us by email hello@hibernialuxuryfurniture.com and we will endeavor to respond within 2 working days.

 

Order Processing:

We will update you on the shipping status of your order if you have provided an email address upon purchasing.  We will notify you of the estimated delivery times.  Please note we have a door step delivery service.  

 

Delivery Areas:

We currently ship to the entire Island of Ireland and the UK.  If you are outside of this area, please contact us at hello@hibernialuxuryfurniture.com and we can help you with an up to date shipping quote and provide you with a pro forma invoice for any goods you wish to purchase.

 

If you are not satisfied with your furniture upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days for an exchange or refund (excluding delivery charges).  This policy applies to online purchases only.  Please note, as we provide free shipping to the Island of Ireland, return shipping costs will be applied.
